What delightful experiences we have had with Nikki on two occasions. The first one was the listing of our townhome in Herndon in early 2020. Our wish was to sell the home but we also listed for rent. The prospective tenant sent an application without visiting the home within a couple of weeks from the time it was listed. No chance for a sale. It didn’t matter to us as we were okay either way.
