My experience with PadSplit thus far has been amazing. From inception to actually executing the move, PadSplit has been there every step of the way. I had questions 3-4 months before the move and they were STILL happy to answer every question I had. I was impressed. Every grievance handled, every worry addressed. And my home is beautiful! Thank you, PadSplit for an awesome customer experience!

This has turned out to be a great option for me. Like many, I was apprehensive at first but mostly because of the unknown. We have a GREAT landlord here who completely remodeled this property and has been more than prompt in dealing with any unexpected issues that were unknown in a house that sat empty for over a year. We have all new flooring, appliances, lighting, bathroom fixtures and tile, new beds, and a hard gravel pad in the gated, fenced in back yard for parking complete with security lighting. Perfect for a clean room. My only concern is renting a room with roommates you don't know and not being able to lock ?? your room while at work. Great prices and with most having wi-fi and laundry on premise it's a wonderful option to have. Thanks Padsplit and all host's.

So far so good! I am only in 3rd week at a Padsplit . . . Coming from 6 months of homelessness this is like heaven for me! I was a little irritated that I moved into a tiny closet of a room but someone moved out in a week of me moving in and was able to move to the bigger room (the transfer was not free despite **************** that a switch is free within 14 days! Pass split is a great thing especially for those that need a fresh start. The private manager ****** is a a+ property manager you let her know what's wrong she gets on it I recommend pass split to anyone One bill to pay no other worries
