I like how PadSplit created a way for those who have a difficulty time in finding a reasonable place to stay in to rest without any worries. Right now I believe it is the best thing going on in market. For any kind of stay, but shot term like a month or less you will have to pay more, it still a system one will like. Only if they had overseas to, it can help many retires, and vacationers.

I only gave it four stars because there was a delay between transfers and it required me to stay in ****** for a night. Otherwise I love my new place, albeit I pay a little extra to have it ($248/week). In this economy what I have is a steal (a town-home with my room being extra-large, with a king-size bed thats fit for a queen, a walk-in closet and my own bathroom). I stayed in a room that was a little different and a little cheaper prior (shared bathroom, cameras throughout the home, picky host), so I transferred. I almost... read more

I like the flexibility and the diverse location of homes. Most of all the short term lease.

Excellent places to get back on your feet from catastrophies like the pandemic or other life altering events. PadSplit has extremely affordable rent with WiFi, Water, and other amenities paid for.
