I am glad I ran across the Pad Split option as it fit my needs much more than Air BnB. Easy to find a place and move if needed to another location with just 48 hours notice. I liked the value and flexibility it gave me as a tenant. All units are clean and organized, which was helpful and a delight. I will use them again and recommend to friends and family.

I'm a senior with disabilities, on every waitlist for affordable housing and I've been here a little over 6 weeks, my pad mates are friendly and helpful. The host **** *. and his assistant ****** never hesitates to give aide in whatever is needed, even to the point of doing it themselves. PadSplit is the closest thing to being considered affordable housing and I recommend it to anyone.

Padsplit has helped me tremendously to be close to work with affordable rent and so on.I come from a small town and finding a regular apartment was extremely hard to find nowadays when they ask for x5 the rent and a perfect credit score... I stumbled upon Padsplit on ****** and applied and got approved same day! the process was super easy and user friendly, I'm in a perfect house where the landlord is allowing me to stay for 2 years and possibly more. Thank you Padsplit!
