Excellent customer service. Helped with project by suggesting products and quantities of items that would work the best for what our final outcome would be. Very prompt in shipping out our items especially when we were trying to finish the project in a very short time frame. Love the finished look of our project. The cables turned out just as i had hoped.

I was tackling an unconventional project and found a couple photos on the web site of a similar approach. The web site is very clear about what parts are needed and what tools are needed. They even sent more detailed directions with the order. It arrived promptly. I had no trouble with the project and the swagging was easier than I thought it would be. My project looks great and compliments the deck and preserves the view. The visitors can't stop talking about the deck, railing and view.

Based on their website I sent them the drawing of my 2nd story deck. They came up with the parts including a small gate I needed to access a nearby flat roof and skylight. All parts arrived as promised and everything was needed for me to complete the install. They also suggested a cripper, although I already had one. I purchased fittings and supplies from this company to install about a 120 feet of stainless steel cable railing around the deck of my Alaskan log cabin. This was the only source I found for a hand operated hydraulic crimper to field crimp the fittings. It was inexpensive and worked perfectly. Their service was excellent and they provided easy to read and complete installation instructions. I ran out of some terminal ends before the job was completed. I purchased aluminum railing posts, stainless cable, and fittings to make a deck railing. Their website allowed me to understand the pieces they sell and make the railing how I wanted it. I wanted the cleanest possible posts and cable. I did not want any screw heads, cable fittings, etc... to be visible. I wanted to see only posts, cable and handrail.
