I purchased aluminum railing posts, stainless cable, and fittings to make a deck railing. Their website allowed me to understand the pieces they sell and make the railing how I wanted it. I wanted the cleanest possible posts and cable. I did not want any screw heads, cable fittings, etc... to be visible. I wanted to see only posts, cable and handrail. I am the owner of Lifestyles Deck Fence and Outdoor Design and felt that it was necessary to comment on the quality of business that I receive from Stainless Cable & Railing. We have placed multiple orders and are very pleased with the timeliness that it takes to receive. Any issue that arises along the way they are quick to find an answer or solution. We will continue to use SC&R for our projects in the feature.

We were entirely happy with service & quality of product until we noticed some serious defects in the painted finish. Upon making the salesforce aware of this defect things transcended rapidly. Excuses , denials & then silence, we have NO IDEA now if they will be addressing the serious quality issues . We are not preparing to stop payment/ file a dispute with our CC company.

After scanning several sites I recently placed an order with SCR then received a call a few days later. They said their web site made a mistake on shipping. After making adjustments they made a extra charge on my credit card with out my approval. When I received the order they sent galvanized bolts instead of stainless, steel post instead of aluminum as it clearly says on my receipt. I would suggest placing your order with another company.
