I live in Merrifield estates apartments. They have a cockroach infestation and old plumbing. My toilet and tub are not in working condition and I only have one bathroom I reported this 3/13 and I was told that the plumbers weren't coming until 3/27. I work from home, I have to drive from portsmouth to Virginia beach to my parents house to shower and use the restroom. I feel disgusted and uncomfortable in my own apartment. This company is horrible. Unfortunately, we belong to an *** who pays them and they do a horrible job of verifying claims so we have repeatedly sent us claims about other people's houses and threatened to fine us for things that don't even apply to us. Additionally, when we tried to call them on our most recent issue we called six times with no response and the best we got was that the phone system was not set up properly.
