I am extremely dissatisfied with the entire experience with Wholesale Payments. *****************************, a local representative of their company in the *************** market, came to our business numerous times attempting to convert us to this company and presented multiple schemes to get us out of our current contract including telling the existing company that I died. After refusing to move forward, he agreed to buy us out of our contract. He then showed up with new equipment and uninstalled all of our old equipment... read more

A young man came into my office and said he was from a credit card processing company and was here to same ne money. He told me that the fee was 3 1/2% a month with no monthly fee. What he didn't tell me was that was only for the first year. Told me they will send me a terminal that I never received. Showed me a terminal and did a test transaction. Sign me up and left. After a week I called him and didn't get an answer, so I left a voice mail. I did this for several days and never heard from him. I didn't have a phone number... read more

In March of 2024 a young man came into my store representing Wholesale Payments wanting me to switch our processing system. I told him at that time that I have a very specialized Point of Sale system and that unless he could fully integrate with my system I was not interested. He was very confident that he could make it work and I gave him the opportunity to research. He and his "supervisor" had me fill out an "application" that made me uncomfortable with the amount of information requested. They both assured me that it was ... read more

My sales rep has lied to me and has been completely dishonest just so they could get a sale in their belt. I don't like being lied to, this is my business, and it has hindered my business in was I cannot explain. I have called many times to get all the issues taken cares of and every time I would speak to someone, I was made to feel like My company was not important enough to deal with. I was told many times that they would look into the matter and get back with me. Never received an email or call back.Today I finally got ah... read more

Terrible company!! We signed up after they sent a rep to my business. She didn't leave any paperwork after we signed the application and never told us we were being put into a 3 year contract. They never stated we had a minimum to meet with credit cards. Our first bill came and was twice as high as what we discussed. It took my almost a week to get a hold of anyone as my rep kept refusing my call. They did give me a credit only to charge me wrong again the very next month. When I told them I wanted to contract to review they... read more

in April,2023, a Wholesale Payments rep came into the business and spoke with the owners to get us to switch processing companies, leading them on as to how low the rates would be and how much money we could save on processing fees. She convinced the owners and signed up that day, but in less than 24 hours, the owners contacted Wholesale Payments rep to cancel contract. Rep said she would handle our cancellation and let us know that when the *** terminal arrived she would get it returned for us as well. Trusted the rep and g... read more

Wholesale Payments will make it difficult to cancel preventing ***. The door sales agents are fully allowed to lie about termination fees, even with having a copy of the contract we signed that doesnt include anything about a *** on the *** line. We had to change between three different machienes, all having weird internet hiccup issues, meanwhile we plug in our old card processing machine, that the door sales agent said they would help us cancel their contract, but wasnt assisted in cancelling at all, so we have two contrac... read more

we closed 2 accounts one on 8/1 and the other on 8/5 2022 and removed money on both accounts until December of 2022 that's 5 months after the account were closed. I have 2 complaints with the *********************** #CGS ****** AND CGS ******.. ****** IS FOR a breach of contract, which is for changing a date on the contract and they ****** is for the money that they removed after the contracts were canceled. The sales rep ***** did not tell them we cancelled the contracts. They said I did not have to pay one of the early ter... read more
