Wholesale Payments is still going to charge us our ETF after we have given up on our machine that gotten replaced 3 times now. It constantly would spit out errors, our last agent given up on helping us fix it, and we switched back to our old machine with a different card company that still worked perfectly fine, which our agent said wholesale payments should of helped cancel our previous contract and paid their ETF fees. Lie after Lie. Wholesale payments came in and looked at our statement and told us we would pay a couple hundred dollars a month less then what we are paying. After the first month we paid more. I reached out and was told the rates were wrong, it would be fixed, and we would be refunded. It is now month five and we are still paying more and no refund.
