Wholesale Payments have taken good care of me. I think it's more about the sales person hearing what I need. Great client services...
Business response:
Hi *******, Thank you so much for the review! We are glad we were able to take care of you and thank you for your business!
"No Fee Processing," is a lie. The contract specifies a transaction fee of .15 per debit card. Wholesale Payments has been charging an additional 4%. I have spent hours on the phone. The processor was updated and they can not 'determine' why they have been stealing for 4.5 months.
I was harassed by my manager everyday for no reason, she showed favoritism everyday between me and the other coworkers that werent black. when i asked to change to a different department i got fired. this company scams their customers and charges them outrageous fees for refurbished faulty equipment. they have the sales *** lie to merchants in order to get sales. they also harass customers into signing a deal to charge their customers for using ********************** cards.
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. I WAS WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY FOR OVER 15 YEARS. I WAS TOLD BY UPPER CLASS I HAD NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT THAT IT WOULD BE A SMOOTH TRANSACTION AND EVERYTHING WOULD BE FINE. FAST FORWARD 2 MONTHS AND NOW MY MACHINE IS SHUT DOWN BECAUSE OF KEYED IN SALES(WHICH WAS EXPLAINED BEFORE I EVEN MADE THE SWITCH). AGAIN DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY YOU WILL NOT BE SATISFIED.
Wholesale Payment Processors scammed my small business out of thousands of dollars and treated us with complete disregard.** I was referred to them during my training as a *** The Concrete Man franchise owner. Their contract clearly outlined $10 monthly fees and 3.5% transaction costs, but starting in April 2021, I was charged $74.95 monthlydespite never using their services even once. Over the years, they failed to send a single invoice or communication, despite having accurate contact details and my request for mailed stat... read more
Like everyone else, a rep ******* *******) from Wholesale Payments came into my business to talk about credit card processing. We discussed switching from my current processor and I told him that I had an agreement so I couldn't switch yet. We discussed using both in the meantime, I wasn't a fan of this idea but I was told that I could cancel anytime without a penalty if it wasn't a good fit. I wasn't told that I have to run at least $1000 in sales per month to keep the $45/mo pricing until after the fact. I've never even us... read more
"I had a terrible experience with Wholesale Payment Djavoo, specifically with a representative named ***********************. Despite initially promising better terms than my current provider, he misrepresented the contract terms and rushed me to sign paperwork without providing a copy. Further investigation revealed hidden fees and higher charges. **************** was unhelpful, demanding a $299 cancellation fee for a device that was never activated. *********************** also ran four unauthorized transactions on my card... read more
A rep for Wholesale Payments stopped by my store with a proposal for a credit card machine. The machine was provided at no charge, and the transaction fee would be paid by the customer. I was quoted a price of $45 per month for the service. This seemed a little high, but I was unhappy with my present option. I later found out that the $45 fee was based on credit card sales of at least $1,100 per month and I am not meeting that so my monthly fees have been in the range of $60 to $85. Their customer service is excellent, but t... read more
Upon discovering the unethical practices of Wholesale Payments Credit Card Processing Company, I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to address the issue of unfair credit card processing fees. The company's owner was a sole proprietor who died in February of 2021. The new owners were not aware of the contract with Wholesale Payments as he contracted with a new company weeks before his death and did not cancel with Wholesale Payments. They continued to charge monthly fees for three years even though they wer... read more
