Happy tails and Amber K. Were so awesome to deal with! She sent me pictures and videos of my baby girl while we were waiting to pick her up . She was extremely helpful and answered all my questions very quickly. Then she called a few days after we picked up our puppy to check on how we were doing! Getting our pup from Happy tails and Amber our consultant was an Overall wonderful experience . Our. Eevee is a happy healthy girl!
Working with Happytail Puppies was a wonderful experience from start to finish. They were so organized and thorough and I didn't have any issues at all throughout the process. Amber was wonderful to work with and make sure I understood all of the policies in place before getting my new fur baby. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to add a pup to their family. There are no hidden fees and the timeline was very quick. Great facility.
This is our second adoption. The first, a mini berniedoodle is almost 3 and has been a wonderful addition to the family. Our second, a micro mini sheepadoodle is now 10 weeks old and a total joy. Both of our adoption experiences were phenomenal and every thing we were promised. Our first pick for this adoption was removed from possibility after her vet visit showed failure to thrive. This shows a lot of professionalism to not let puppies out who might have a problem.
HappyTails surpassed my expectations when looking for and finding a puppy for my family. Cierra answered almost immediately to my inquiry and answered all my questions. She was communicative through the whole process. We put down our deposit the next morning. I was able to pick up our puppy about a week and a half after that. Cierra was super friendly and helpful during pick up and checking in after. We are pleasantly surprised by the experience and have a healthy happy and playful puppy for our young boys!
Was a very smooth and friendly process. Ariel contacted me immediately regarding our little addition and was helpful with questions and surprising my boys for their birthday with our little boy. Would use them again!
I had a great experience with Happytails!! After putting my 16 year old dog down I was hesitant to get another puppy. I contacted Happytails and Amber was a huge help! She walked me through the process and was there from start to finish. My Cavapoo named Hope is the star of our house and my workplace! I would totally recommend Happytails! And thank you Amber!
