She is phenomenal. Everything I needed help with or any questions I asked she always responded. This is the first place I seen where they make sure your puppy has her shots and her health is very important to them. I love how after the purchase she calls to make sure the puppy is ok. I will definitely be buying another one soon and always introducing my family and friends to her as well. Thanks so much Amber and happy tails .
My experience with Amber and Happy Tails is five stars. Amber, you went above and beyond to process this adoption, even on your day off, and came in early so that we could take her home yesterday. Had a great experience with Happytail and Amber. We waited almost 5 years before our next dog. Great communication and easy process. Would use Happytail again.
Wow!! Not going to lie I was hesitant to get another dog based solely on my experiences with previous breeders. Those quickly went away when I first started working with Ariel. She made the process effortless and quite enjoyable. I am so happy that Ariel was able to pair me up with the most perfect dog and new addition to my family. I will forever be grateful!

Had a great experience with Cierra. They go above and beyond to make buying your new puppy a great experience. Happytail only gets their dogs from reputable breeders. No Puppies Mills. I asked and the owner told me in great length about how these dogs are cared for. The owner and the employees love these dogs. Do not hesitate to buy from them.
My experience getting my fur baby at Happytail was great! and Cierra was so kind, and very helpful during the whole process. I was updated many times with what was happening and going to happen as time went on. I asked if there was a way I could take him the same day I was supposed to go for a meet because my drive was pretty lengthy, Cierra was kind enough to make sure he was able to be seen with the vet and cleared so I was able to do so! I am very impressed with Happy Tails! They were very communicative. Brianna gave top notch customer service. Our puppy was taken well care of. We had to wait an extra week to get our puppy per Happy Tails request due to the puppy having worms which is not uncommon for a little one around other pups.
