Great location, super friendly staff, clean room and comfy bed. Room a bit cold and humid. Hotel a bit old and cranky. I The hotel is a bit old and cranky but clean. The heating is this big fan-heater so noisy and the room gets cold and a bit humid quickly so you need it on. Aside from the bedroom there’s no facilities at the hotel, no bar or kitchen so it’s perfect if you’re planning to be out and about a lot and not looking for a place where to spend any time aside from sleeping. Gutes Hotel in guter Lage Was uns nicht so gut gefallen hat, waren die beiden Fahrstühle, die leider sehr langsam sind – da muss man manchmal etwas Geduld mitbringen. Außerdem hätte ein kleines Käffchen morgens to go, wie es in vielen anderen Hotels angeboten wird, das Ganze noch abgerundet. Aber das ist wirklich Jammern auf hohem Niveau, denn insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Die Zimmer sind für New Yorker Verhältnisse vollkommen in Ordnung.
