Pleasant La habitación estaba limpia en general pero si te fijabas había suciedad. El espejo roto, solo hay alcachofa fija en la ducha, baño bastante pequeño y entraba frío por las ventanas sin hacer viento. Nos dieron una habitación bastante pequeña para tres personas que éramos. Los empleados fueron muy amables y la ubicación es muy buena.

Expensive for what you get in return. I thought the hotel was very expensive for what you get in return. The hotel is in desperate need of a refurb. The lobby and entrance is tired and the rooms are very basic. The location of the hotel is good. It was walking distance from Times Square but enough distance so that you was away from all of the noise.

Our stay was very comfortable and the staff were warm and welcoming. Other guests were rather noisy. Location, location, location!
