Pleasant lock on the bathroom was broken the windows haven't been cleaned since King Kong last attacked NYC.

Excelente localização mas falta melhorias no hotel O quarto era extremamente pequeno. Ficamos em 4 e não conseguimos deixar todas as malas abertas. O quarto com paredes e chão sujos. Muy buena experiencias. Relación calidad/precio Deberian mejorar un poco la limpieza de la habitación, el espacio para 4 personas es un poco justo . Los colchones un poco viejos, pero no estaban mal, sobretodo un poco mas de espacio si es para 4 que era nuestro caso. La ubicación perfecto, muy céntrico y bien comunicado. El trato del personal inmejorable y muy preocupados por ayudar. Nos facilitaron nuestra estancia mucho.

Perfect for couples spending a week in the big apple! The room was small but it was exactly what we wanted/needed for 5 days in New York. The location was fantastic, very easy to get to the main tourist attractions and loads of lovely places to eat nearby. The staff were great, super friendly and helpful.
