Great price, location, and staff! The Heritage Hotel was the perfect home base for our stay in New York! We booked here for the excellent price and location. The room was comfortable and clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely book here again!

Limpieza lamentable La limpieza. La limpieza no se realiza a diario sino que tienes que solicitarla. En una estancia de 9 noches pedimos servicio de habitaciones dos veces, y cambio de sábanas una vez. Las sábanas, insistimos, pero nunca llegaron a cambiarlas. La limpieza de la habitación fue lamentable, no realizaron la limpieza del baño, ni siquiera barrieron el suelo. La ubicación del Hotel es excelente

Hotel antiguo pero comodo Check in 3pm. Para guardarte las maletas cobran 2,5 por pieza. Calidad precio no está mal. El personal al igual que en todo new york mejorable el trato. Las camas cómodas.
