I had a great stay, and I would definitely book with Heritage again. The room was tiny, but that's to be expected in NYC. However, for that price, I actually don't have any complaints. This isn't a complaint, but they don't provide wash cloths, only bath towels and hand towels. The location was very convenient with walkability to lots of local restaurants and attractions. Unico vantaggio la posizione il resto Appenna sufficiente Poco pulito, stanze e bagno vecchi. Nemmeno una sedia in camera abbiamo dovuto farcela portare . L'armadio corrispondeva al locale dei tubi caldaia, nemmeno si apriva completamente per cui grandi dubbi sulla pulizia ed abbiamo tenuto le cose in valigia. Le poltrone della hall erano piene di macchie, impensabile sedersi Location perfetta, centrale e comoda alla metro

Great location, but i don't recommend the triple room ! The bathroom was so small, that you couldn't dry without standing in the shower. If you were on the toilet, you could brush your teeth in the sink. The room layout was crazy, just needs a little bit of planning to utilise the space.
