Adequate, comfortable bed, nice staff. The room was VERY large but the bathroom was way too small compared to the room. The room had a old faint smell of stale smoke that I am sure will never go away. You can tell that they painted the room but they did not do a nice job which was really sad but it looked like they tried. The lady at the front desk when we checked in was very nice and pleasant. Great location and cheap for New York. Rooms pretty basic and no view. Great location and friendly staff. Great price for NYC.

Adequate option for a short stay in NYC The smell in the bathroom, the loud AC and lack of breakfast. Cleaning needs more attention. Location was good, close to some restaurants and coffee shops. The room was adequate for a two nights stay and the staff was nice.
