Budget hotel for NYC but no housekeeping unacceptable Room and the hotel is very dated. Asked for housekeeping on 2 occasions but didn't happen. We had no housekeeping for our entire 6 night stay. Had to visit reception multiple times for clean towels, toilet roll and to ask for the bins in the room to be emptied Staff were friendly and helpful. Beds were comfy. Aircon worked but was noisy. Location is great.
