Pleasant Op de kamer was het erg koud. Te verwarmen met een airco met veel lawaai. Daarnaast was de druk van de douche erg laag en ook hier vaak lauw/koud water. De ligging is perfect.

En nuestra proxima visita a USA y a NYC sin duda volveremos a alojarnos en el Heritage El placard del cuarto podria ser un poco mas grande, o contar con mas mobiliario para guardado de ropa, si vas varios dias y queres desarmar tus maletas habia poco espacio. La atencion de todo el personal fue muy buena, desde la gente de recepcion, hasta el personal de servicio. Localização perfeita por um bom preço. A limpeza geral dos quartos poderia ser melhor. E os corredores dão escuros e apertados (o edificio em si é bem antigo). O hotel fica numa localização privilegiada, longe do burburinho da Times Square, porém perto de muitas atrações e restaurantes. Dá para fazer tudo andando apear de ter uma estação do metrô ao lado, você está equidistante de tudo e é facinho de chegar nos lugares.
