Last year I slept in my car, hotels and bnbs. I just had got a new job and didnt have enough money saved to put down on a place. Then I found Padsplit. They had sevral options to choose from all over the city. I found one less than 10 min from family *** my job. The house was updated, clean and safe. I had plenty of places to put my stuff and the owner was real easy to work with. Padspilt addressed any question or concern quickly. In *******, there's a housing issue for people who are almost able to rent house or apartment, but can't seem to qualify or can't quite seem to get stable enough to save enough money to get started. Pad split is perfect for this, if you're single. One price, weekly, membership that you can travel around the country with. I really liked were I was living. But then I got a roommate that was crazy. But that's not pad split fault.
