They did a free inspection and wrote a detailed report of their findings. The repair work was professional as expected. They arrived on time, took a couple of hours and provided pictures of the job done. Very satisfied!

I got quotes from three contractors to fix our foundation. We went with the Foundation Works even though they were a little more expensive because they also suggested running a new support girder under part of the house that had been remodeled and we figured this was a good idea given the age of the house and the nature of what had been done (heavy kitchen installed). The inspector, Keith, did a good inspection. He was on-time, if not early, drew out the perimeter of the house while waiting for the set time and gave me his opinion about the foundation and what to do and what not to. Based on the inspection I proceeded to close escrow. I continue to learn a lot about protecting the foundation from Tom P.'s emails afterwards.
