Good and clean hotel. Friendly staff who were very helpful when I had any questions about the hotel or Manhattan.
We were there for a wedding reception - everything was beautiful- staff did an amazing job- room was great!

I did not like the attitude and service of the server at breakfast this morning, April 15, 2023!
Everything was great except being asked to pay $10 packing fees on the street.That was not funny and should never be asked or be required.
