Parking was confusing as was where to go to checkin from there. Everyone was nice and helpful.

We had a mixup with our reservation but the front desk diligently worked out a solution. I would say most places would have dismissed us but the young man was awesome that helped us.

The key card I was first given opened up an already occupied room!
