No hacían la limpieza diaria de la habitación. Y cuando lo hacían, la limpieza era pésima. En 5 noches que estuve, solo limpiaron 2 veces la habitación. La piscina y el jacuzzi estaban clausurados..

When I booked our stay, I asked for a quiet room away from elevators, I forgot to request the top floor. When we checked in, we mentioned it and our room was moved to the top corner away from elevators and convention goers. It had no view, but that didn't matter because quiet and a good few nights sleep are what we were really after. All staff were friendly and attentive. I would stay at this hotel again.
