Check in and out were easy and the staff was so friendly! Our suite was perfect with a sleeper couch for the kids.

The lobby is being redone and looks ok. The rooms are so outdated. The furniture and carpet had horrible dirt stains. Lighting was dark and dingy. Very disappointed!

What did I like? Close to shopping and dining, not so close to KSU - but then again nothing is too far away in Manhattan! The good/bad? Unlocking the door with my phone worked very well, but the key card they also gave me did not work at all and left my wife stranded outside the room for a while. What did I not like? No more free breakfast for Honors members unless you are super elite. I guess the free breakfast went away after covid, which stinks.
