This is a new hotel. It is well maintained. The rooms are comfortable. The public spaces are well designed. the elevators are fast and responsive. The location is good.

We love this hotel. We always stay after the K-State football games. this is a beautiful, comfortable and friendly hotel. Love the surroundings, will use this as our go to hotel when in Manhattan.

Loved the clean, large room. Very nice amenities. Didn't get a chance to eat the breakfast, but it looked great. Convenient parking,

I liked everything about the hotel except the under window air conditioning units. I don't like these anywhere.

Unfortunately forgot to hang do not disturb card, and before 8 AM housekeeping was barging in..after 3 hours sleep. And then they did it again at 9. Talk about feeling unwelcome.

POSITIVES - new, clean, reasonable breakfast costs, relatively close to Poyntz - could walk NEGATIVES - Airconditioning during the day was not very effective - wall unit right underneath the window struggled to keep up with the 110F heat - it was cool at night though; observed some questionable behaviour in the alley behind Houston Street Ballroom making it not safe to walk back following a wedding dance late at night (~11 pm)
