Excellent experience. Nice, new hotel. Clean rooms, friendly staff and a fantastic breakfast.
We were greeted and promptly given our room keys even though several of the visiting sports teams were checking in as well. The room was nice, clean, softest towels around and good bedding. My only little tiny complaint was the address, which we thought was on 4th Street but that is only the back entrances and the parking garage. The front of the hotel and check in desk are really on 3rd Street. We had to make a couple laps around the block to figure it out. Aside from the people partying it was a nice hotel. The hotel has just opened up but the staff seemed to be experienced or at least well trained.
Fantastic! A very pleasant stay. Staff was helpful. The room and amenities were superb. Will plan to stay at this Hilton again the next time I am in Manhattan.
I recently returned from Afghanistan and my family and I decided to stay here. It was very nice, very clean, and a very good overall stay.
Beds were very comfortable. Pillows were great. Towels very fluffy. Housekeeping was hit or miss. One day empty toilet paper wasn't replaced. One day beds weren't made. One day sink wasn't cleaned. But the staff was very nice and corrected problems immediately. I wish they had free breakfast.
The hotel was very nice, however I prefer a breakfast inside the hotel with the price of the room. 9.00 for breakfast. Is too high. I will choose another hotel with breakfast included because for the value I will come out ahead.
The room was just fine. The bed was adjustable which was nice. I like soft and my husband prefers a firmer mattress. I was unhappy about a few things during our stay though. The pool temperature was too cold. My kids finally braved it but I just couldn't even get in. The hot tub temp was nice but the jets didn't work. There should have been more people working the breakfast time. One "chef" was not enough to keep up with the demand of so many people coming down for breakfast at the same time.
