Great location There are two elevators but they each have a separate call button. So people would press both buttons on their floor and get in the first available elevator but the second one would still stop on that floor after they were already gone. It made for some extra stops in the lift where nobody got in, but we were never in a hurry so it was okay. Our room was at the back of the hotel on the top floor so it was pretty quiet. perfect for what I needed. would highly recommend. Will be staying again. had to cross two fire doors to get to room - but not a problem really, just unexpected design ! Easy to find - easily identifiable. friendly staff, no frills accommodation - just what is needed.

Good enough to sleep and get shower and would stay again Cleaning I found stains on the duvets and bathroom floor wasn’t clean at all The hotel was in good location and in nice district with lot of food places around it!

New York est une ville fantastique , il faut absolument visiter, fascinant. pas de petit déjeuner au sein de l'hôtel. les vitres de la chambre, côté extérieures, n'ont pas été nettoyées depuis des années. Le prix de la nuit d'hôtel est excessif, 3 nuits pour 1 052 €uros la situation géographique de l'hôtel Heritage à New York est excélente
