Great time, no negative surprises I know it is a challenge in NY to keep the windows clean, but if I have to mention one this would be it Very friendly and helpful staff

Great hotel to stay with family in a good location with all amenities nearby The elevator is very slow, the bathroom is somewhat small but probably because it is an older building and it would have been great if the breakfast option can be added (they closed breakfast room during COVID and didn't reopen) The location of this hotel is amazing, Subway is close by, many places can easily be reached on foot. The hotel had a room with three separate beds which really suited us.

Very Good There was no shelf to place shampoo and soap in the shower. Had to put on floor and bend over to use. Also, only one hook for towels. Needed another for hand towel Great location for baseball and airport
