heritage is a good value for a traveler willing to work around the occasional bump in the road. The folks there are wond room temp. fridge (minimum setting froze our food) location, staff (chipper and helpful)

Very Good Very expensive for what we got, but we can't complain too much since it was New York at Christmastime. Perfect location! Also the woman at reception was very kind and helped us with everything we needed.

Accogliente, ottima posizione Le pulizie in camera erano gratuite su richiesta. Kit da bagno scarso. La macchinetta del caffè non era molto pulita e perciò inutilizzabile. L’hotel è in centro.
