Pad split is very nice and affordable living da rooms have plenty of room and da hoist is pleasant
I have found PadSplit to be an affordable way for long term rental needs.
Best PadSplit ever! Landlord is awesome! I have never had a landlord care as much about the quality life of her tenants as she does about the quality of the property, they live in. She’s extremely communicative and maintenance upkeep is prompt. She keeps quality tenants, and I have been blessed to stay in two of her properties. Her properties have helped me get to where I’m going in life with much credit to her caring nature! Highly recommended!
Padsplit was extremely helpful when it came to my situation! The best thing to do to save money and to get back on your feet
To be honest with you I didn't know what to expect I sure didn't expect to feel like an online app The Host I would say the landlord also has made my experience at this house which I like to keep anonymous. I got a free week rent just for being here six months. I'm for real can't believe this I don't care how much pressure I put on all the other Padsplit houses out there. Great house when your in between your living situation. Everybody has a job so all roommates have a similar goal in mind. I stayed for 10 months until I found an apartment. Loved my time there.
