PadSplit is a good way to start off from coming from a loss, separation, divorce etc.The process was pretty smooth. I gave it a 4 star because of the cleanliness of the other tenants but it was manageable. I was able to save up and transition into my own place so overall it was a positive experience. Thanks Pad Spilt for your help.

I didn't know anything about this company until I applied to rent a room through their portal. They ask all kinds of personal questions. I answered all of them. The host disapprove me. I ask them why. No answer was given. There is no information about the host. There is no information about the property address on their portal. Why they are hiding all this stuff? I moved into a Padsplit house during the summer. A few months later, I got slightly behind. I had a balance of 129 + a 25 dollar late fee. I was told that as long as as it stayed under 300 dollars that it would be OK (that is one of their rules. Next thing I know is that I get a notification saying that my payment is due every week instead of every other week. I get paid every other THURSDAY. Now they are saying that until I get my bill down the payment is due every week! How can I get a balance down, if it keeps coming ever... read more

Padsplit has turned into a horror story people letting other people stay in their rooms and use our laundry room and kitchen? Strange people walking around and I have complained to the host and they do nothing about it!

Im getting charged a cleaning fee for something I didnt even do. Someone left old food in the oven? They should be punishing the incompetent member instead of everyone. We are all adults. We dont talk to each other. I know how to clean after myself. I should not be charged. They claim that they want to help us during this housing crisis but allow hosts to take money from people who doesnt deserve the punishment. PadSplit doesnt even deserve a single star. My rights were trampled all over. I received constant harrassment by staff and the homeowner. She constantly came over unannounced, waking me up, making up matinee requests, harassing me about my dog. LEGALLY IN THE HOME!!! My roommates stole everything they could. PadSplit did nothing. THIS IS THE WORST RENTING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. DINT USE PADSPLIT. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT RENTERS, this is a total scam!!!!! They owe me $$$$&&,

My son and I live in 2 different padsplits. I am beyond happy with the one I have been living in- I have been in this one for nearly 2 years while my son has been living in his for almost 3 years. The one I'm living in is owned by the Host "Highest Management" on ******* Trail in ************ Ga are awesome- they treat their tenants with the UTMOST care and they have taken care of the upkeep on that house.
