With the rising prices of rent I needed a temporary home and I was so grateful to find a place that was in my budget ! Im forever grateful! I was the only female in the home and the 5 men treated me with so much respect!

PadSplit is a good way to start off from coming from a loss, separation, divorce etc.The process was pretty smooth. I gave it a 4 star because of the cleanliness of the other tenants but it was manageable. I was able to save up and transition into my own place so overall it was a positive experience. Thanks Pad Spilt for your help.

Contrary to the information presented on their website, ******* charges the customers card immediately upon booking request, rather than after approval as they claim. Their website clearly states that your card will not be charged until your booking request is approved; however, this is not the case in practice. Upon arrival, the parking instructions were unclear. Although my vehicle was registered to access the shared garage, the parking space was too small for my car, making it difficult to even open the doors. There was no communication regarding vehicle size restrictions, forcing me to park on the street instead. ***** rental company I have ever dealt with. Trying to get in contact with someone who can actually do anything for you is a nightmare. They use a 3rd party messaging service so they can’t do anything for you but take a complaint. Then you wait days maybe weeks to get an answer. Don’t waste your time renting from them as they just want the money and could care less about community
Billing or Collection Issues I am a tenant utilizing PadSplit’s co-living services. I am filing this complaint due to a pattern of **********/inaccurate double-billing, an unbalanceable and dysfunctional corporate financial ledger, unresponsive property management, and immediate, aggressive threats of eviction and wage garnishment used to force payment of disputed fees.
