I moved into my padsplit which was falsely advertised as having a washer and dryer, dishwasher, and was a safe place to live. Since living here, my account have been hacked, my bank information has been stolen, my car was reported as stolen and illegally repossessed and stolen. I give Padsplit no stars. After paying the $19.99 background check fee. I also paid $145.86 for a room, for a week; and was denied. I requested my full refund on 7/30/2025 am and still have not received my refund. Smh! I looked on my bank statement transactions and it disappeared. I contacted my bank and they can see the transaction. Please do not use this service. They are scammers and I have reported them to the *** and ****

10 out of 10 would not recommend. The house I currently live at has a woman doing drugs in the room, and also allowing men over at night to have *** with them for money. I have sent several emails about this to the support team, as well as reached out to the host and everyone I can, and no one seems to even care about it. So, I guess thats the type of business PadSplit likes. Hookers and dope heads. Will never use this service again after finding a new place. Absolutely trash company with trash people operating it.

Seems like a total scam to me. I tried moving in and couldn't do that. The host couldn't even let me in the house. Silly me had already paid Padsplit and they are giving me the run-around by issuing multiple tickets for the same refund request. My advice - run from this company.

The most horrific experience I have ever had there was no AC in the residence pad split was a willing to compensate for that when it was advertised as an amenity them, we were without water for a month pad split did not compensate this is by far the most horrible experience an business Ive ever contributed please dont do business with Pad Split

This place is horrible. I notice when you down in life people say they helping you but they helping their self. I stayed at two places and it was horrible. I had to leave the first one it was nasty had spiders and bugs all over the house. The second house didnt like straight men with all these stupid a** rules that cater to the gays and feminist. I moved into a PadSplit room in Decatur, GA, managed by PMI Management on May 25, 2025, and it was a letdown. The ad promised a workspace for my remote life insurance work, but none existed. Worse, the punch lock was unsafe—cardboard was wedged in, there was no lock plate, and it was loose, risking my shredder and printer/scanner. I smelled cigarette or cigar smoke right away, which was awful as a non-smoker. I booked my room for May 5th, 2025. I went to view the home May 6th, 2025. During that viewing I didn't bring any of my personal items due to me not being sure of the property. Padsplit doesn't inform you of the home rating until after you've paid (the home I had in ***********, ** had a 2.8 rating) when I arrived at the home the door was open along with my personal room.
