My experience was ok , until two keys management, tried to bill me after my move out . Then lied on me and said I was still staying at the property, it took two days for them to straighten the situation out . They threatened an eviction and everything , also the house had rats and holes in the roof plumbing issues no one came to fix .

I am in search of housing due to job relocation. I read terrible reviews so I called on a property that said 754/mo I asked if it was that and to have a showing and she said its per week and I must be on a 3rd party site. I verified I was but looking for affordable housing and she said were not for you I said the description makes it sound like they are looking for renters its not a single room, its 2 be 2ba with full kitchen and its own laundry. I've been staying with a Padsplit for 2 months and its been horrible. 1st day I couldn't get in touch with anyone until later in the day to even get in the house, 1st week No hot water No Wifi. No washer no dryer until 2 week later to get a used washer and a dryer the size of a microwave. mind you we have 8 tenants. The water pressure is so low it doesn't even fill the toliet. PadSplit is a great concept but because people can be so unreliable it can lead to the experience being poor. Move in day at my PadSplit the host hadnt put the keys in the lockbox. And I had to wait and hr for her to get to me. I had roommates who were loud and inconsiderate of the fact I work from home. Also roommates would leave dishes in the sink for days w/o washing them. I've been a padsplit.com member for nearly 2 years. And it's been tough but this last location in ************ since February. It doesn't have Washer,Dryer or WIFI. The grass was 3ft high until I mowed it. There are termites in my room. Something is crawling around in the ceiling. No mirror in one of the bathrooms. The host doesn't respond to messages or try to fix ANYTHING. Padsplit support basically tells you that their hands are tied.

I am a host and extremely unsatisfied with their new fee model.Here are a some key stats, w.r.t. newly absurd fees model introduced by them:- if a guest leaves within first 10 days the owner gets nothing. Padsplit gets 100% of the fees, and owner has to deal with room setup fees and pay ******************* fees out of their pocket. A total loss making business.- if a guest leaves within first 30 days. They never respond to your messages. Ive messaged them about a listing many times and they reviewed the message and never responded. Very unprofessional and I do not recommend.
