After taking my application fee, and multiple documents for over a month in order to get approval, I was approved, but was outpriced by the market even though I am currently making 18$ an hour. "*****" as she calls herself would make no exceptions, even though it was a meager 9$ price difference per week. I am currently paying DOUBLE in a motel room of 400 a week, and would have saved over half if padsplit would have allowed me to rent there. Padsplit seems to be the instigator of people being homeless and losing their jobs.... read more

This is the worst. Padsplit is basically the money management for the host/owners property. If the place you rent is trash or disgusting they dont do anything about it but just file a maintenance request and if the host dont fix the problem they dont care. Theyll just ask us to contact the host which we already done before calling them. The customer service team is terrible. Ive asked for them to delete my data/account several times and they sti havent .

Padsplit are liars!!!! I paid my overdue ************** keep trying to claim I committed fraud which I Never did, I paid with my own card everytime! They are refusing to allow me to book another room per their agreement! Be Careful!!!!

I asked if *** animals was allowed they said yes then after I booked and paid they said it would take up to ten days to be able to approve my *** the issue is I already paid and agreed to staying 30 days. If I knew I had to wait 10 business days to get my dog in the house I would of waited ten days to book the room so now they have 238 dollars and I have no place to stay. Instead of stay informing me of this before I booked they dont and then when you call to ask questions they hang up in your face.

Shady, unprofessional business. As a single woman, BEWARE! They say they run background checks. That is debatable. Worst experience staying here. Hoodlums, lowlifes, and criminals welcome! I was living there for only 3 months and had already been sexually harassed by another roommate. Then, by a different roommate, was threatened and given racial discrimination. I give this rating on just the last week alone they have a multiple violations here and only one so far has been addressed and as a replacement of a fire alarm someone else removed not talking about the violence and the filth the scalding water in the freezing temperature throughout the padsplit. I would respectfully tell anyone to try another room running service because padsplit is severely negligent in their duties to their tenants

HORRIBLE! DON'T EVEN RENT AS A LAST RESORT!!I've lived in other major cities like ***, LA so when I came across this housing option in ******* I thought it would be a good way to save time and money while I started a new job. My experience was ok , until two keys management, tried to bill me after my move out . Then lied on me and said I was still staying at the property, it took two days for them to straighten the situation out . They threatened an eviction and everything , also the house had rats and holes in the roof plumbing issues no one came to fix .
