Excellent company. Free estimate and very informative proposal. Completed job and passed inspection. Cleaned up afterwards. Had accident with sprinklers but had it fixed the next day. Thank you to everyone at The Foundation Works.
From start to finish our experience with Foundation Works was top notch. We did contract them to bolt the foundation on our 1921 Spanish Bungalow home and repair some minor foundation cracks in a 1950's addition. Prior to calling Foundation Works we had two other estimates for work, one was in line with the quote provided by Foundation Works and one was higher with a few additions to the work. The Foundation Works is a very professionally run company. I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. It began with a 7-page report by Kent Romero that summarized the findings of his inspection of my property. It detailed the repairs and retrofit upgrades, the city permitting process, the cost and payment schedule. It also included recommendations for work that were outside the scope of their services. I can't say enough praise about The Foundation Works or their people. Their sales team was super efficient, punctual, communicative. The workers who performed the job went very far above and beyond. They were clean around the space and great to have around. Specifically the foreman running the job was really great. He even called and text on weekends/after hours to communicate with me about small things and make sure I was taken care of. Everything went exceptionally smoothly. They advised when they would be at the job and how long the job would take. They followed up and did exactly what they said they would do and when. The workers could not have been more professional and I was impressed every step of the way.
VERY well. done on time, and except for some associated noise under the house, no disruption. Eric came at the beginning and end of the work; he noticed some minor damage/cracks in the stucco near where the team had done some serious work. Foundation Works made all the repairs to the stucco, including matching the texture and painting the patch (I had paint already on hand from previous repair work). I was referred to Foundation Works by neighbors.
Absolutely wonderful company to work with. They responded immediately to my inquiry and were able to get the job done in one day. Price was way better than competitors as well. Everyone I had contact with was friendly and professional. Highly recommend.
This was the second project I had Foundation Works help me with. As the first time, this was one of the best contracting experiences in my memory. I cannot speak highly enough of the company. I rarely go to this type of language in recommending a company but they do deserve it. Highly recommend.
