Easy to schedule. Great process. Diagnosed the problem with the hot water tank and gave us options to repair or replace without pressure. Job took less than two hours. *****, the technician was efficient, professional and friendly.He was easy to understand and walked us through all the features of the new heater, the installation process used and all safety features. This is the second time I have used Trident. The first time was to replace an outside water faucet. The agent was very professional, had the job done in no time. Very ************* was the second time, this time for a stopped up sewer. They cleared the stoppage but will have to come back tomorrow to fix the break in the pipe. ***** and his assistant were great. Very knowledgeable, polite and professional. Will definitely use Trident again if I have a problem.
