Everything from initial phone call to set an appointment through work completion was professional and courteous. I was given options with no attempt to push one option over the other or to upsell. Will never use anyone but Trident.

We were able to get scheduled very quickly. We had a foul odor in one of our bathrooms and we were able to get the toilet reset in no time at all. Will definitely be using again.

I am not sure if this company has perhaps sold recently. After the 2000 freeze we used them and they were good. The last two times we used them, we had to have a different company come in and fix the problem they couldnt solve. Definitely wont use them again.

Problem with shower fixture not solved. Fixture less functional than before repair. More thorough testing would have revealed this. Had to call and schedule a second visit. Expected more from this company.
