**** *****, and He had another partner - Sorry I forgot his name - Any way both very professional - I saved about $800 dollars going through Trident for a water heater replacement - There was no sacrifice in quality - All together good work, good price and good quality

When their invoicing/quoting system had quoted and sent me the wrong price (lesser amount) they honored the quoted price. Excellent service and professionalism.

Easy to schedule. Great process. Diagnosed the problem with the hot water tank and gave us options to repair or replace without pressure. Job took less than two hours. *****, the technician was efficient, professional and friendly.He was easy to understand and walked us through all the features of the new heater, the installation process used and all safety features.
