**** *****, and He had another partner - Sorry I forgot his name - Any way both very professional - I saved about $800 dollars going through Trident for a water heater replacement - There was no sacrifice in quality - All together good work, good price and good quality

When their invoicing/quoting system had quoted and sent me the wrong price (lesser amount) they honored the quoted price. Excellent service and professionalism.

Easy to schedule. Great process. Diagnosed the problem with the hot water tank and gave us options to repair or replace without pressure. Job took less than two hours. *****, the technician was efficient, professional and friendly.He was easy to understand and walked us through all the features of the new heater, the installation process used and all safety features. We have consistently used Trident for several years on multiple properties and find the company fair, reliable and efficient. Thank you!

This is the second time I have used Trident. The first time was to replace an outside water faucet. The agent was very professional, had the job done in no time. Very ************* was the second time, this time for a stopped up sewer. They cleared the stoppage but will have to come back tomorrow to fix the break in the pipe. ***** and his assistant were great. Very knowledgeable, polite and professional. Will definitely use Trident again if I have a problem.
