Like others have said, I was given a call stating that they work with Comcast to provide services and can save us on our bill. Very sketchy sounding, very sketchy given that they could not even provide the correct address for the business location. Once stated that we recently signed a new contract with Comcast he immediately ended the call. Very bad business practice to cold call customers of another provider and imply that they are working on Comcast's behalf. I was called by someone stating they were from comcast to set up an appointment to see how they could save their customers money on current service package. The the appointment, the gentleman claimed he didn't have my account information with him and asked to see my current bill. He wrote up a proposal to save me money, but handed me paperwork from Unified Global Solutions. I asked how they were affiliated with Comcast and he told me they were a subcontractor for Comcast.
