this is a SCAM company. they sign you up, and then they forget about you and the problems that you are having with their equipment and billing. i have sent many e-mails to different people in this company either with NO REPLY or the come back, as UNDELIVERABLE. you cannot get thru to anybody with this company, on the phone, either. my phone system is not working properly and their billing is CRAZY1 specifically, the sales executive (Charles ******) that got me to sign his papers will NOT respond to my e-mails

They are No Good and I would not recommend them to anyone, they lied from day one that they are ******* and then we started getting bills from 3 different entities, our business made it clear our monthly bills has to come from ******* , our agreement was a ************************* a fine print it was changed to 60 months contract. We have made a formal complain to FCC and will *** them if needed but we will not pay ****** to these people, yes they have taken our business hostage for the last few months by cutting our phone ... read more

Good morning ***, We apologize you've had a poor experience. Every document we have in our system, from proposal to signed contract, indicate quite clearly that it is a 60 month term. No where, inadvertently or not, does it state 24 months, nor do we offer 24 month contracts. As was previously explained, it's quite impossible for Comcast to bill for our services. Spam calling saying they are direct partner with current provider when they are not.

If you want, please email sales@unifiedglobalsolutions.net and provide your phone number and ask to not be called. We will do our best to not interrupt your business. CONSUMER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!! If I could give them negative stars I would! This company misrepresents themselves. The sales person said UGS was a "partner company" with my current internet/phone company. That is a total LIE. All they do is splice into your current server & create an account with them in your name. UGS then collects money from your company and pays that account. UGS doesn't tell you this. I can't cancel my original internet service because I have a contract with them until June 2023. So now I am paying two bills... read more

I have been with Unified Global Solutions for just over 2 months, and I have called regarding the internet service not being able to link our computers together in house for 2 months. Their tech customer service has no idea what they are doing. I have had an IT company come in to help me repair this problem and they haven't heard back from UGS in over 2 weeks. Then when trying to switch my service back to my previous service provider, I find out that UGS has my phones and internet all messed up. Then they are telling me that... read more

NEGATIVE STARS! Spam calls multiple times a day every single day from the sales reps. Rude and they refuse to take our office number off their call list and stated they don't have the ability to do so. We are not a customer and we are not interested in any way. I am the office manager, I know what phone and internet services we have and I've told them repeatedly they are not to call here. They've called from some repeated numbers so I can at least block those in the phone system. What a company!

they are horrible!!! phone service barely works and if you call to get something fixed you get nothing in return. last wk. alone we went without a phone line for 3 days with no call, no serviceman no reply nothing!!! and that's not even discussing this wk. or all the other wks. that there has been something! do not use this company!! zeroooooo stars

Unified Global Solutions is a disaster. No Customer service. I asked to speak with a Manager. And was told a Manager couldn't speak with me. Notice I didn't click any stars. Because I wouldn't even rate them a 1. I would rate them a ZERO!! I got a call asking if I would switch from Comcast if they could get me even stronger internet, same tv service, and a Business phone system with up to 5 lines at a lower rate than what I currently had with Comcast. This company has been harassing my office for a month now claiming that they hold our phone and internet service when I know for a FACT they do not. Representatives are unbelievably rude when we have asked multiple times not to be contacted by them. We block the number through our actual service provider and they just keep calling from different numbers. Horrible service and they are definitely trying to scam someone...I just know it won't be me.
