They have moved into our area in the last 6 months or so and call us several times a week to get us to switch our business ***************** I have told them several dozen times we are not interested in switching services and we are not interested in having someone come in to talk to us. False Promises and terrible customer service. My salesman *** ****** came to my office to sell me the services. I was promised superior customer service, a phone system that has never gone down, and sold T-Mobile **************** as the fastest option. Each one of these promises false and misleading. Total scam, and criminal as they are in violation of the National Do Not Call laws.This company does nothing but harass you to try and get you to sign up for their service. Event after saying no, multiple times, telling them to take our number off their call list, and threatening to report them for harassment, they still call. Have requested to be removed from their call lists multiple times yet daily we are getting multiple calls a day requesting to have a meeting. We are not interested and at this point it is harassment. They are calling from different phone numbers so we are unable to successfully block. We've blocked 6 numbers so far.
Wish that i could give zero stars. i HATE them! they have lied about everything, the entire time! i could go on and on and on, but i will just say that they lied to get into my business, they lied about their not being any suprise fees, and their service has been a disaster and a joke. We are giving this scam of a company 1 star, and we wish not to even leave that!! More like negative stars! Our company was promised phone lines and internet at a cheaper rate and promised to beat our current pricing with faster speed. When they came and installed our phone system, told us we were all set up. Our lease was for a Yealink phone system with accessories. The only equipment that was provided was an $80 router. We're stuck in a 5-year lease at $25/month. That amounts to $1,500 in payments for an $80 piece of equipment.
