A salesman from the company called on us. We were ready to move to a different company for phone service. We signed the agreement and 2 week later we were up and running on their platform. They have proven to be very customer oriented and provide excellent customer service. I haven't experienced the brick walls that a lot of vendors throw up to make you have to talk to multiple people to get things done. It's wonderful to have good customer service again and phones that work as they should.

I had to call UGS today to help me with an issue from our old service provider. Not only did Stephanie *.......help me get the issue resolved, she also went above and beyond the customer service support for our company. Stephanie was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. We could not be more pleased with the support we received from Stephanie and the UGS team. Their customer service is superlative.
I had the best customer service rep today. We have been with UGS for about 6 months, and I have had just a few instances where I have had seek support. For some reason, our ******* bill increased by about $33 overnight. I emailed customer service, and ****************** set up a 3 way call between her, myself and *******. She asked all the right questions, was politely assertive, and reached an agreement to lower our bill by $160!
