WORST COMPANY EVER! I had a salesperson contact me saying he could get me tv, internet, and a business phone system with 5 business lines. All for LESS than what I was paying ******** Man was that a BIG LIE! After I switched I found out they lied about TV. And I asked if there was a contact. He said NO! Another BIG LIE! Bottom line. Didn't make it past the first five minutes. With enough years you can smell a con at a safe distance. High pressure to set an appointment, dishonest tactics, won't start a conversation without seeing a copy of the bill followed by a "I have to call my manager". Not playing that game.

They are not honest. Lies, deception Money under false pretenses They represent themselves as a subcontractor for my current provider sent to help me streamline my phone service and bill.Had me sign a contract stating it would lock me in on a never changing phone bill.But the contract was a loan giving all the money to United Global Solutions I had no working phones. Everything about this company is horrible. They promised better internet, but it was much, much slower. They lied about contract terms; they misrepresented the equipment and neglected to tell us about equipment lease charge. We didn't want to sign 5 year commitment because the business was not doing well; they said if we went out of business we could get out of the contract. Come to find out we can, for $15,000.

If I could get this company to stop cold calling my business I would be happy. I have continuously asked them politely to cease and desist and they refuse. Every single one of my phones, landlines and cell phones are on the governments do not call registry and these idiots won't stop. Do not give them the time of day.

Unified Global came to give quotes to the previous office manager. They claimed they worked with Charter/Spectrum and that they could offer us lower rates for phone and internet. Previous office manager fell for it- signed the contracts- got talked into doing an installment plan for the yealink phones through balboa even though we could have bought the phones outright and paid far less.Unified Global has opened an account with Spectrum under our name but bills us through unified global. Misrepresentaton of their company. I received a call at my business from a person saying they were with Spectrum Business. They had called several times before and I finally accepted the meeting since they said they could upgrade our service. ****, the sales person told me at the meeting that they are a part of Spectrum and that Spectrum is a large company and brought in UGS to handle their small business accounts.
