5 Star rating. After extensive research I decided on USI for my remodel project on my house. This extensive remodel job started on time as advertised and completed on the exact date discussed during the estimate process. The original estimated price is exactly what the job cost. We hired Chris Chumbley of USI to design and build a replacement for the flat-roofed, concrete slab that was our back porch. He came up with a wooden deck with railings and a roof to match the roof line of our house. With the added beams, lighting and ceiling fan, we now have a wonderful, beautiful outside living space. The work was done in February 2013. The work was done with the least amount of inconvenience to us and completed ahead of schedule.

Chris took our ideas and expanded on them. I like to build myself. His people do quality work. Taking the celling from 8’ to 12’ really gives the kitchen an open feeling. The slate tile gives a warm feeling. Chris also gave us more cabinet space. The kitchen use to be my kitchen. Now my wife loves it and it is her kitchen….
