We are so happy with our new bath! In the last 12 years we have used Chris and Gordon three times. Twice for renovations and once for a new addition. We have been consistently pleased not only with the outcome but also with the process. It is wonderful to work with people you know you can trust and you know will do things right. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor!

USI Remodeling was hired to do a complete remodel of our kitchen, including extending a wall; build a media cabinet; install wood floors; patch and paint walls in several rooms; tear out and replace a fireplace mantel; and add wainscoting along stairs. USI was great to work with. They took care of all my needs and did a fantastic job remodeling my kitchen. We hired USI to design and create our fireplace update. We had no idea what we wanted and after one visit, was able to come up with a perfect design. They complete the job ahead of schedule (even with additional work needed) and had top notch professionals doing the work. I’ve been through many remodeling projects (23 years in a 1920s house), but this one was far and away the smoothest. Chris & company were professional, knowledgeable and punctual. Even the inevitable bumps in the road were handled with grace and humor. Especially appreciate that Chris totally “got” my design style and was able to source everything from the drawer pulls to the new totally awesome door without me leaving my office! I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
