USI Remodeling was chosen to update our entire first floor (excluding master bedroom and bath) of our house. It was very extensive as it required multiple walls and a fireplace to be moved. We needed to find temporary living and furniture storage for the 4 month project duration. USI just completed a full interior renovation for us, and we couldn't be happier. From our first meeting with Chris to the last details, everything was done in a very professional manner and on schedule. We just completed a kitchen remodel with Chris and Gordon. This was a second major renovation with USI Remodeling. LIke the first job, they had amazing ideas, helped us shop, spent time with us to understand our desires. Then they far exceeded them with both jobs. This is the second project complete for my by Chris Chumbley at USI. The first project was a kitchen and den remodel, and this time we did two bathroom remodels. One bathroom was in "original condition" and needed desperately to be brought into this century. The bathroom is now beautifully bright and light and, without moving any plumbing or reframing anything, is a completely different bathroom from the dark bathroom of the 90's. I have been extremely happy with all the work done by USI! They have remodeled almost all of my current house as well as done some outside hardscaping work. Not only do they do great work on time and on budget, but they back up all their work without question or complaint. I had some issues more than 3 years after the work was done and they did all the corrective work free of charge. it was probably several thousand dollars of work.
