if you are looking for a top notch work with exceptional leadership hire USI !!!Chris and Gordon are easy to work with and very supportive during the entire project.They provided us great design ideas while completing the project on time.The whole experience was great. To hear others share horror stories about home remodeling can be a defeating exercise. Thanks to Gordon and Chris, our master suite truly evokes the serene oasis we desired. This is the continuation from our spa bathroom designed and constructed by them this past winter. We had a bevy of specific wants to be incorporated in our personal sanctuary. They met each and supplied us with nothing but the best. Great selection of materials and design ideas for a modern upgrade to my master bathroom. A fast six week schedule of daily activities that were all on time during the remodeling. Frequent monitoring of project's progress by Chris to check and correct any defects and quality issues. All contractors were professional, responsive, and cleaned up daily work activities. Overall the value, time, and cost was well worth it, I love going into my new master bathroom everyday.

Chris and his company have been great from day 1. My sons were very, very happy with the results of their bathroom remodel. He did some things that we did not even think of for the bathroom to be more functional. Their cost was a little high for my son's budget but fully fullfiled his needs for his 35+ old house and will last for next 30 years. Next is the master bathroom!

We have been working with Chris and Gordon since 2010. USI is one of a select few remodelers that we will work with. When it comes to quality and upholding above your standard expectations, these are the guys that can provide a customer that. These guys are always coming up with new and creative ideas when it comes to custom cabinetry. We highly recommend USI when we are asked to refer a great general contractor.

We used Chris and Gordon from USI Remodeling to do a project that might be called a "kitchen remodel" but was actually a complete overhaul of roughly 1/3 of our house. We had a 70's era galley kitchen and a separate dining room, along with a laundry room off of the kitchen. All 3 rooms were demolished and the kitchen/dining room area was opened up by removing a wall that we didn't think could be sacrificed.
