Don’t waste your time with anyone else, USI is the best at what they do! I knew from the first meeting, they were who I wanted to work with to overhaul my drab, dated and worn out master bath. USI Design & Remodeling were fantastic to work with. The initial consultation was concise and informative. They provided an excellent "plan of action" which established the time line for the project, established the work to be done, established who was scheduled to perform their tasks (plumber, electrician, carpenter, painter, etc) and when those tasks would take place. I am disabled person and need to replace my old bathroom tub with a shower due to safety concerns. The company spent extra time to worked with me so the job would fit within my budget.The work included removal of the old tub and new plumping including fixtures/drain and the instalation of a new shower with shelves and safety bars on all sides. The work was started and completed on the dates promised. The material used was far superior than what you find in local stores. The workers were respectful of my home. They were neat ... read more

I have used USI remodeling for the 4th time since 2006. The team has remodeled my kitchen, den, master bath and most recently another bathroom. The team has always completed the job on time and charging exactly what the estimate said. TheUSI team keeps you in your budget and offers great materials. Their attention to detail, relaying the availability of options and really listening to what you want are the best. I have referred them to others with confidence as I have had 100% satisfaction four times over.

USI Remodeling has been an outstanding remodeling contractor to work with. I have had nothing but outstanding remarks from their clients. I have seen time and time again how they work very hands on with customers to take them step by step throughout the remodeling process. The design, the planning, the scheduling, and the outcome of our Master bathroom remodel was very good. Chris did an excellent job of listening to our ideas, adding to those ideas with some great solutions, and putting the design together. Any rough spots along the way were handled promptly and completely. Our remodel project was done, while we stayed in the house, which often can be difficult, but Chris made it all work. We will definitely use USI with Chris again.
