My mother initiated this policy. I have **** I sent a request to this company via email on 11.28.21 for a simple copy of the policy via email. STILL have not received a simple basic copy of the policy and it is now 1.22.22. I hear from different customer service reps that yes they can send an email and its coming right over, 24hrs later nothing..next customer service Rep says no we cannot send one over. I wish I could give 0 stars. I've been on hold for 3 yes, 3 hours. I even opted to have them call me back "without losing my place" yesterday and still have not recieved a call from them. I need proof of cash value for my mothers policy so she can be approved for ********* All her paperwork was lost when she moved from NC to NH. She's been in the hospital for 3 months and can't make the call herself. What a joke Americo is.
