I wish I could give 0 stars. I've been on hold for 3 yes, 3 hours. I even opted to have them call me back "without losing my place" yesterday and still have not recieved a call from them. I need proof of cash value for my mothers policy so she can be approved for ********* All her paperwork was lost when she moved from NC to NH. She's been in the hospital for 3 months and can't make the call herself. What a joke Americo is.
